Mata is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and consults at Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital. She has completed Fellowships in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and skin cancer. Her scope of practice includes breast surgery, labiaplasty, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty, otoplasty and post-weight loss surgery.

He specialises in head and neck skin cancer, and aesthetic surgery of the face and neck including blepharoplasty, facial implants and facial rejuvenation.
